ClearPoint Investment Partners Names Kenneth May Operating Director

SAN FRANCISCO, July 11, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- ClearPoint Investment Partners, a private equity firm investing in business services and financial processing companies in the lower middle-market, today announced the appointment of Kenneth May as an Operating Director.  Mr. May is a leading global executive in the travel, hospitality, and consumer services sectors.

Throughout his 30 years of operating experience, Mr. May has led and grown a number of global businesses in travel services, consumer banking, and other consumer related industries. As Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Group RCI (now Wyndham Vacation Exchange & Rentals), he transformed the company into a global leader in resort travel. Through effective M&A and the introduction of innovative new products, he tripled revenue and EBITDA to $1.3 billion and $300 million, respectively. Before joining RCI, Mr. May was the General Manager of the North American Cards Division of Citigroup and the bank's Head of Marketing, Sales, Distribution for Latin America. Earlier, he was General Manager and Senior Vice President at Disney Vacation Development.  Mr. May also held numerous senior executive positions for PepsiCo and Colgate-Palmolive throughout the world. He graduated with an M.B.A. from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and an A.B. in Russian Language and Literature from Middlebury College.
