Advisors include Eduardo Aguirre, Manuel Kadre, and Emilio Gonzalez

The ClearPath Board of Advisors is comprised of prominent immigration policy and business thought leaders, and will provide strategic leadership to the company on a range of business issues.

The Honorable Eduardo Aguirre, Chair
Eduardo Aguirre retired in 2009, as U.S. Ambassador to the Kingdom of Spain, and to the Principality of Andorra. Ambassador Aguirre is Chairman and CEO of Atlantic Partners Group L.L.C.; a consulting group offering strategic, geopolitical, and business advice to clients seeking to maximize their transatlantic business opportunities. He serves on several corporate boards, including the US subsidiaries of Spanish multinationals BBVA and Iberdrola Renewables, and their Risk Management or Audit Committees.
Ambassador Aguirre served during 7 1/2 years in three executive positions in President George W. Bush's two Administrations, including Director of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), an Under Secretary rank position in the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Shortly after September 11, 2001, Aguirre began his US Federal service as the Acting Chairman of the Export-Import Bank of the United States (Ex-Im Bank).
Prior to his U.S. Government service, Ambassador Aguirre had a 34 year banking career; retiring as President of Bank of America's International Private Bank. Currently, he serves on the Boards of Texas Children's Hospital, Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, the Board of Visitors of M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, the Greater Houston Partnership, and the Houston Zoo. His extensive community service includes having served as Chairman of the Board of Regents of the University of Houston System.
Ambassador Aguirre earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana State University. He is a Certified Commercial Lender, and has received Honorary Doctorates from the University of Connecticut, the University of Houston and Universidad Tecnologica de Santiago, Dominican Republic.
Dr. Emilio T. Gonzalez
Emilio T. Gonzalez, Ph.D., is currently President and CEO of Indra USA, Inc., and served for more than two years as Director of United States Citizenship and Immigration Services. Prior to leading USCIS, Dr. Gonzalez was with the Miami based international law firm of Tew Cardenas.
An international affairs specialist, Dr. Gonzalez has spent most of his professional career involved in foreign affairs and international security issues. He has served in or traveled to almost every country in the Western Hemisphere on numerous occasions, and has represented the United States Government on special diplomatic missions. Dr. Gonzalez was Director for Western Hemisphere Affairs at the National Security Council, Washington, D.C. In this capacity he served as a key National Security and Foreign Policy advisor to President George W. Bush and Dr. Condoleezza Rice.
Dr. Gonzalez completed a distinguished career in the U.S. Army that spanned twenty-six years. During this time he served as a military attache to U.S. Embassies in El Salvador and Mexico, taught at the United States Military Academy at West Point and headed the Office of Special Assistants for the Commander-in-Chief of the U.S. Southern Command.
A graduate of the University of South Florida in Tampa with a B.A. in International Studies, Dr. Gonzalez also earned M.A. degrees in Latin American Studies from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana and in Strategic Studies and National Security Affairs from the U.S. Naval War College in Newport, Rhode Island. He was awarded the Ph.D. degree in International Relations from the Graduate School of International Studies, University of Miami, where he also received the Graduate School Award for Academic Achievement.
Manuel "Manny" Kadre
Manny Kadre is currently the Chief Executive Officer of the company that imports, distributes and markets Corona beer and other Grupo Modelo products in the Caribbean region (GC Caribbean Importers, LLC). For the past fifteen years, Mr. Kadre has served as a senior executive, board member and shareholder of a number of beverage and automotive companies where he has played a key leadership role in acquisition and buyout activities, investment sourcing, resource allocation, asset oversight, company administration and led the organization, structuring and financing of the companies' acquisitions. In addition, as the result of a merger involving the companies' automotive division, Mr. Kadre also serves in an executive role with AutoNation, Inc., a publicly traded Fortune 500 company headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Additionally, Mr. Kadre is a shareholder, advisor and board member in a number of energy, healthcare and real estate related companies.
Mr. Kadre serves as a Director, MEDNAX, a publicly trading Company which is one of the nation's leading providers of neonatal, maternal, fetal and pediatric physician subspecialty and anesthesia physician services and as a Director of Crown Imports, LLC a Chicago based joint venture that imports, distributes and markets the Modelo portfolio and other fine beer brands throughout the entire United States. Crown Imports is a 50-50 joint venture between Grupo Modelo (MX: GMODELO C) Mexico's leading company in the brewing, distribution and sale of beer, and Constellation Brands, Inc., a leading international alcohol beverage producer, importer and marketer.
Mr. Kadre also serves as a member of the University of Miami Board of Trustees (Member of the Executive Committee), a Member of the Board of Governors of University of Miami Hospital in South Florida, a Member of the Federal Judicial Nominating Commission (President Barack Obama and President George W. Bush Administrations), a Member of the Florida Eleventh Judicial Circuit Nominating Commission (Governor Charlie Crist and Governor Jeb Bush Administrations), a Member of the Southern District of Florida Federal Magistrate Judge Merit Selection Panel and a member of the Orange Bowl Committee. In addition, he has served on the Miami Children's Hospital Board of Trustees and has been a co-recipient of the Pro Bono Service Award from the Florida Supreme Court.
After receiving his Juris Doctorate from Fordham University, Mr. Kadre served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Federico Moreno, Chief United States District Judge, Southern District of Florida. He is a member of the Bar in Florida and New York. Mr. Kadre resides in Coral Gables, Florida with his wife and two children.
