WASHINGTON, Oct. 11, 2016 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- ClearPath Action Fund is endorsing Rep. Fred Upton, the veteran Michigan Republican who has capably chaired the powerful House Energy and Commerce Committee for the past six years.
