Clear Lake City Water Authority Protects Residents with Acclaim Energy's Solution for Power Reliability

HOUSTON, April 10, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Acclaim Energy Advisors secured twenty years of electrical reliability for Clear Lake City Water Authority ("CLCWA") by providing them with the service of nine 500-megawatt generators. This equips the residents and businesses, within the district, with the assurance that water and sewer services will not be threatened by future power or grid outages.

By mid-2012, the new generators will be installed in four locations within the CLCWA district. This system will save taxpayers tens of thousands of dollars by providing a solution that improves efficiency, reliability and reduces potential lost revenue for businesses caused by service interruptions.
