REGINA, Saskatchewan, Feb. 9, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Clean Power Concepts Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CPOW) today announced the following appointments to the Management Team:
Randall W. Edge, M.B.A. as Chief Financial Officer:
Mr. Edge, received his MBA from the University of Regina's Kenneth Levene Graduate School of Business as well as a Diploma in Business and Accountancy from the SIAST College of Saskatchewan. Mr. Edge is a holder of the Certified Payroll Manager (C.P.M.) designation of the Canadian Payroll Association for the practice of Payroll and Human Resources administration.
Hugh John McDonald, B.S. Bus. Admin/Mktg, AA Bus. Admin. as Regional Vice President; California:
Mr. McDonald has a B.S. degree in Business Administration where he studied Marketing and International Relations from California State University, Chico. He also holds an Associate of Arts Degree in Business Administration from Canada Community College of Redwood City, CA. Mr. McDonald has achieved success during a 25-year career with a number of prominent investment banking firms in progressively more responsible sales and marketing, and management positions.
Jeffrey D. Carter, as Business Development Agent for South America:
Mr. Carter is a U.S. citizen with permanent residency status living in Sao Paulo, Brazil. With 25 years of business experience, Mr. Carter started his career at the futures exchanges in Chicago working in the commodity and currency/commercial paper markets. For nearly 20 years he has been prominent in the maritime shipping industry providing broad expertise in residual container equipment management. Fluent in Portuguese and with expanding experience in general business development in Brazil, Mr. Carter has over the past 5 years combined his experience in logistics and finance with a focus on the upstream biofuel feedstock industry there and its contingent agricultural components.
