PHOENIX, Dec. 14, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Clay Creaser, Project Manager for Gilbane Building Company, made the esteemed Class of 2016 list as ENR Southwest announced the winners of its Top 20 Under 40 competition. Creaser, who began his career in the construction industry more than 13 years ago, has worked on a range of projects such as the Student Recreation Complex at ASU Tempe, CVS/Caremark, Physical Science building at Mesa Community College and others.
Clay is a LEED Accredited Professional and also holds the 30-Hour OSHA Certification. He is a graduate of the Arizona Builders Alliance Leadership Development Forum, a year- long program designed to increase abilities in day-to-day and organizational leadership. Clay has also recently been involved in an internal Gilbane committee focused on revitalizing Gilbane's Management Trainee program, which provides a fast track opportunity for future leaders within the company.
He has been in and around the construction industry his entire life. His father is President of Speedie and Associates, a local engineering firm that has served the valley area for over 30 years. Clay is actively involved in numerous community impact efforts including Habitat for Humanity, ACE Mentoring, Ronald McDonald House and restoration projects at Veterans Memorial Park. As an Industry Advisory Board Member for Northern Arizona University's Construction Management Program, Clay helps raise funds to ensure his alma mater continues to provide a top notch education to future builders of the world.
