Civitas Senior Living Announces Development Plans for Assisted Living and Memory Care in Sunnyvale, Texas.

SUNNYVALE, Texas, April 28, 2016 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Civitas Senior Living recently broke ground for Long Creek Assisted Living and Memory Care. Long Creek is located at 301 T.C. Lupton Blvd in Sunnyvale, TX and it is projected to create over 80 new jobs. This development will be the twenty-seventh property in the company's expanding portfolio. The building will have 50 assisted living suites along with 25 memory care apartments. Amenities will include a craft room, wellness/fitness center, walking trail, and many more industry leading amenities. The Architect of record will be Pi Architects and Construction Company will be Trepex Construction Inc.

The Passion Program is found only in Civitas senior communities, and is the unique signature program developed by Civitas Senior Living.
