Civitas Senior Living Agreement Adds 84 North Texas Apartment Units to Its Emerging Market Share

GRAPEVINE, Texas, Oct. 24, 2016 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- On October 15, Civitas Senior Living was awarded the management agreement for Dancing River Assisted Living, a senior living community in Grapevine, Texas. The acquisition includes 65 assisted living and 19 memory care apartments and expands the company's emerging presence in the region.
