NEW YORK, May 31, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- CIVIQ Smartscapes today announced the acquisition of Vertigo Digital Displays located in Toronto, Ontario.  Vertigo is a globally recognized leader in the design, engineering and manufacturing of ruggedized integrated digital display solutions.

CIVIQ Smartscapes designs and delivers connected urban infrastructure technologies worldwide. The acquisition of Vertigo is aligned with CIVIQ Smartscapes' strategy of expanding capabilities and capturing Smart City opportunities around the world.
