CIVCO Appoints Andres Ramirez Sales Director of Advanced Robotics and Workflow Solutions

KALONA, Iowa, Sept. 30, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- CIVCO Medical Solutions is pleased to announce the appointment of Andres Ramirez as Sales Director of Advanced Robotics and Workflow Solutions. Ramirez will be leading CIVCO's international sales efforts for the Protura Robotic Patient Positioning System and RFSuite RFID Tracking and Verification System.

Ramirez has extensive worldwide sales and management experience within the radiation oncology industry. In addition, he has held management and development positions with IMPAC/Elekta Oncology, where he developed a distributor network throughout the Middle East and Eastern Europe; Ramirez also held a business development role at Hitachi Europe. Andres holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Connecticut and a master's degree from Boston University.

Ramirez will be based from CIVCO's Reeuwijk, the Netherlands, location.
