Citrus Valley Health Partners Names New Chief Human Resources Officer
WEST COVINA, Calif., March 6, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Citrus Valley Health Partners has named Paul Heredia as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), beginning Monday, April 15, 2013.
Paul brings nearly twenty years of experience as a human resources professional. Paul was most recently the Director of Human Resources for Providence Holy Cross Medical Center, where he led a successful turnaround of the human resources function and developed an exceptional employee care strategy that resulted in a collaborative, aligned partnership with the management team, employees and physicians.
Paul's experience includes developing innovative human resources solutions that align with the strategic plan to achieve key operational metrics including workforce productivity, positive financial results and operational performance. His vast understanding of healthcare human resources includes experience within the health plan and medical group environments. Paul collaborated with his senior management team to develop new health plan options that resulted in the creation of more affordable medical plans.

Paul received his bachelor's degree in business administration/human resources from California State Polytechnic University and completed an executive management business program from University of California Los Angeles.
