SOUTH HILL, Va., Nov. 17, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Citizens Community Bank (OTCQB: CZYB) announced today the opening of a new loan production office in north Raleigh, North Carolina.  Conveniently located at 9370 Falls of Neuse Road in Suite 203, the office is staffed by Jeffery Billingsley, a Senior Vice President and Market Executive. The new office will provide commercial and mortgage lending services.
