SOUTH HILL, Va., May 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Citizens Community Bank (OTC Bulletin Board: CZYB), the premier, independent community bank in the Southside Virginia/Northern North Carolina region, has announced the rebranding of the bank as CCB. The rebranding includes the new name, as well as a logo, graphic identity, and the tagline, "You'll Love Banking Here!"
In pursuing the new name, CCB believed the most critical aspect to the success of the transition was to retain the same core values. "We might look different, but our commitment to our customers remains outstanding," says Tom Manson, President and CEO. "CCB remains dedicated to providing superior service to our customers, ensuring that they love banking with us, and continually supporting our communities."
To announce their makeover, CCB hosted two brand launch celebrations on Saturday, May 1, at their Roanoke Rapids and South Hill branches. The public was invited to meet the CCB team and have some fun! The events included a moon bounce for the kids, live radio broadcasts from 102.3 WPTM and WLUS 98.3, food, and the chance to win a Carnival Cruise for two. The ceremony culminated with the unveiling of the new CCB signs at 11am. Organizations benefiting from the events include the South Hill Volunteer Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary, Lake Country SPCA, The Bread Box, The Angel Closet, Roanoke Rapids High School Spanish Class, Project Graduation, Roanoke Rapids High School Color Guard, and the 4-H Hayburners Horse Club.
