Citi Retail Services Wins PYMNTS.com Innovator Award
CAMBRIDGE, Mass., March 23, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Citi's private label credit card unit, Citi Retail Services, won a Silver award in this year's PYMNTS.com Innovator Awards for its Field Sales Team Enhancement project. Citi launched the project to help its in-store credit sales teams increase analytic capabilities and effectiveness to drive business for its retail client partners.
Winners were announced at the annual Innovation Project 2015 on March 19 at Harvard University to a select group of over 600 industry leaders from the payments and commerce space.
