The attendant console software "AND Desktop AC" allows busy lamp field information about all phones within the company. The user has the possibility to integrate all types of standard directories and database address books of the telephone system or MS Exchange.

An automatic fallback is important when calls are transferred to busy phones because this ensures that these calls will not be lost but are automatically connected back to the attendant.

The attendant console solution "AND Desktop AC" is also available in a version including Braille display. Blind persons can use same e.g. in a call center or at the reception.
