NEW YORK, Nov. 3, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- CIRCA today announced that its Board of Directors has unanimously approved the appointment of Laurence R. Grunstein to the position of Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. In this role, he will assume overall responsibility for CIRCA, including all lines of business and all functional groups in the Company.

Mr. Grunstein brings more than 40 years of senior executive experience in the watch & jewelry industry as well as having served as Chairman of a number of jewelry industry associations and charities. Most recently he served as President & Chief Executive Officer of Citizen Watch Company of America, Inc. & its subsidiaries.
