BOULDER, Colo., Feb. 9, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Sterling-Rice Group (SRG), a Boulder-based brand consultancy and creative agency, today announced the appointment of Cindy Judge as president. In this role, Judge will oversee all areas of the firm's operations, including client service, business development, talent acquisition, and more, across SRG's diverse service practices.

Judge previously served as Chief Client Service Officer for the 33-year-old firm. She has deep experience in the areas of strategy, innovation, brand development, portfolio innovation, insights, design, and communications across industry sectors, including CPG, personal and home care, automotive, and financial services.
Judge replaces Walt Freese, former president and CEO, who left the company to pursue other leadership opportunities.

Judge began her career in marketing at J. Walter Thompson in Chicago, leading account efforts across multiple product categories and clients, including Uncle Ben's, Kraft Foods, and Oscar Mayer. Judge then worked for Kraft in brand management, managing strategy, innovation, and business development in the company's Grocery Products and Cheese divisions. She is a graduate of Northwestern University.
Outside the office, Judge is a passionate cultural explorer and traveler. She and her family lived in Italy for 12 years, and she can often be found working closely with clients in locations across the globe.
