Cindy Heximer Joins Opera Solutions as Director of New Business Development, Auto Sector, Will Lead the Company's Automotive Division

In this role, Heximer will leverage her expertise in bringing services to market and building client relationships in support of long-term growth strategies to lead the development and delivery of the firm's analytics, software and consulting solutions to the automotive industry.

Heximer brings to Opera Solutions a proven track record in business development and strategic planning, as well as an exceptionally keen understanding of relationship management. Most recently, Heximer served as managing director for Williamsville, New York-based executive search firm the Straussgroup, where she was responsible for developing relationships with potential clients in the financial industry and identifying and recruiting potential candidates for C-Level positions.

Prior to her time with the Straussgroup, Heximer spent 11 years as the Vice President of Business Development and Marketing at Amherst, NY-based vehicle remarketer RSA Solutions and Remarketing Services of America, the services subsidiary of Fiserv. At RSA, Heximer sold customized financial solutions to major banks and lending institutions and created strategic alliances with major banking partners, including 6 of the top banks in the US. During her tenure as VP of Business Development, Heximer helped to lead RSA's transformation into a 600-employee industry leader and grew the company's lease maturity management business line from $1MM in annual sales to over $50MM. Heximer also managed captive automotive finance programs for Porsche, Saab, and Jaguar at Marine Midland Automotive Financial Services Corp., now HSBC.
