Cindy Barton is recognized by Continental Who's Who among Pinnacle Professionals
VERNAL, Utah, Oct. 22, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Cindy Barton is recognized by Continental Who's Who among Pinnacle Professionals in the field of Legal Services as a result of her role as Guardian ad Litem with the Eighth District Juvenile Center.
The state of Utah court system is home to two appellate courts: the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeals. Within each court, there are trial courts including the district, juvenile and district courts. Cindy has been working in the court system for over twenty five years.
In this capacity, her areas of expertise include advocacy, court proceedings, public speaking, trial preparation and more. She is responsible for representing the best interests of children and teens in cases involving alleged abuse, neglect, and dependency throughout the court system. She is charged with giving children a voice in the system, protecting their legal rights and advising the court of the children's best interest.
Cindy states the most satisfying part of her career is helping people and helping them change their lives, and her keys to success are "humility, prayer and love." Looking into the future, she would like to write and publish several books and to dedicate her spare time to engage in missionary work for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Throughout the course of her educational career, Cindy earned her JD from S.J. Quinney Law School at the University of Utah.
