QUINCY, Mass., Dec. 17, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Boston Financial Data Services, Inc. (Boston Financial) today announced the appointment of Cindi Boudreau to a newly created position as Managing Director of Proxy Solutions. Boudreau, a 25-year veteran of the financial services industry, will be responsible for driving the business strategy and sales for Boston Financial's Proxy Solutions business. In her new role, she will report to Rich Ahl, Chief Operating Officer of Boston Financial, and work closely with the sales organization headed up by Mike Tobin, head of sales for Boston Financial and DST Systems.

Before joining Boston Financial, Boudreau worked at D.F. King & Co. and was the executive vice president and co-managing director of the U.S. mutual fund business. She spent 13 years working at Alamo Direct (now Computershare Fund Services), where she held different positions in proxy and compliance services including the position of executive vice president of sales and marketing. Boudreau also worked at First Data Corporation where she marketed the Proxy Advantage product and oversaw sales.
