BOCA RATON, Fla., March 12, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Cinch Home Services (Cinch), one of the nation's leading providers of home service solutions, today promoted Nancy DiSpirito to the role of Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). This appointment, and new role, will augment Cinch's organizational leadership capabilities and further accelerate the company's industry leading growth. The announcement comes on the heels of the most robust expansion period in Cinch's 40-year history, with the company doubling in size over the last four years and accomplishing impressive year-over-year financial growth, including annual revenue approaching $500 million.
A 30-year industry veteran, DiSpirito's direct responsibilities include overseeing Cinch's short- and long-term strategic, operational, and organizational planning processes, with a focus on advancing the company's growth and overall market leadership. DiSpirito will also lead the development of actionable data-driven business strategies, enhancing relationships with Cinch's numerous external partners, and driving cross-functional initiatives to optimize Cinch's workplace culture, profitability, and shareholder value.
Formerly the interim head of the Service Network operations team, DiSpirito has been with Cinch for a total of four years. She has played a key advisory role throughout her tenure, contributing to Cinch's recent rebrand, as well as the development of Cinch's current expansion strategy.
"Nancy has already proven to be a key member of the Cinch team, managing our nationwide network of service professionals while simultaneously helping us lay the foundation for continued corporate growth," said Steve Upshaw, Chief Executive Officer of Cinch. "Looking forward, this new CSO role will allow Nancy to continue leveraging her inspiring leadership style and significant business acumen to create value and opportunity across our entire operation. The leadership suite looks forward to working closely with her as we continue advancing toward our vision of a Cinch solution across every home in the U.S."
Prior to joining Cinch, DiSpirito was the CEO and Managing Member of Catalex, LLC, a growth advisory consulting firm specializing in affinity and subscription marketing. In this role, she delivered incremental sales and significant operational improvements, led executive recruiting, and developed strategic training programs. DiSpirito also spent 23 years in several leadership positions at Affinion Group, a private provider of customer engagement and loyalty programs. Her responsibilities included managing end-to-end customer engagement and loyalty solutions, marketing activity for the company's largest client relationships and overseeing a full-service marketing agency to strengthen customer relationships and maximize revenue.
