CIGNEX Datamatics today announced the appointment of Vijay Iyer as Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors. This is a strategic appointment aimed at the company's next wave of growth in the Open Source enterprise solutions market.

Vijay previously held the position of Senior Vice President at HCL Technologies and has over 24 years of diverse global experience in spearheading organizational progression from a medium-size company to a larger organization.
