FORT WORTH, Texas, March 5, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- CIG Logistics announced today David Nightingale as the organization's Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Nightingale will succeed Jonathan Green, the company's founder and previous CEO. After more than a decade of founding, growing and leading CIG Logistics, Mr. Green will transition into the role of chairman of the Board. Nightingale comes to CIG Logistics with an extensive 40-year career in the energy industry.

Mr. Nightingale served as the Executive Vice President for Select Energy Services from 2017 – 2019. Prior to the merger with Select, Nightingale served as the Senior Vice President – Fluids Management, Executive Vice President – Water Management and Chief Operating Officer for Rockwater Energy Solutions.
Before joining Rockwater, he served as the President of I.E. Miller, a former subsidiary of Complete Production Services in Houston, Texas. Prior to his role in I.E. Miller, Mr. Nightingale was President of Hyland Energy Services, another Complete Production Services subsidiary. Prior to that, he spent over 25 years in a number of engineering and operating management roles at several energy and midstream companies.

Mr. Nightingale obtained his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois and his MBA from the University of Houston.
