(NYSE: CBR) announces that Bill Hazelton, Regional Vice President for CIBER's Northeast US region, has been promoted to Senior Vice President of CIBER's Custom Solutions Division. Mr. Hazelton will be responsible for the strategic alignment of CIBER's business development teams across geographic, industry and horizontal service offerings. Mr. Hazelton has more than 25 years of sales and operations leadership experience in service related industries.

Mr. Hazelton, 50, joined CIBER in the Detroit, Mich., area in 2002. He was the Vice President/Area Director of the Detroit office for more than five years. As Regional Vice President, Mr. Hazelton was responsible for the supervision and growth of the commercial business units in the Northeast, from Minnesota to Massachusetts, as well as CIBER's Automotive and Supply Chain Practices.

He began his career with IBM, where he spent 10 years in various management and sales positions. He is active in several charities, including City Mission and Kensington Community Church, and has led humanitarian mission trips to Costa Rica. He resides in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan with his wife Karen, and their four children.
