Bianco as North American practice leader. Bianco has served as Vice President and CIO at Safeway Stores, as well as a partner and delivery executive for IBM Global services, where he managed the SAP practice linked to the retail and consumer products industries. He also is the founder of a strategic business and technology consulting firm, which was purchased by Value Trader. He comes to CIBER from NetServPro Inc., where he just completed a major implementation of SAP ERP Central Component (ECC) with CRM and Mobility, spanning operations in North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia, for a global consumer products company.
