CIBC Donates $35,000 to the Canadian Red Cross West Africa Ebola Relief Fund
TORONTO, Oct. 3, 2014 /CNW/ - CIBC (TSX: CM) (NYSE: CM) today announced a $35,000 donation to the Red Cross to support relief efforts related to the outbreak of the Ebola virus in West Africa.
These funds will assist the Red Cross in their efforts to help people and families affected by the outbreak, support local health care systems, and to help educate communities on how to prevent the spread of the disease.
