CI Capital Partners Has Signed a Definitive Agreement to Sell Interactive Health
NEW YORK, July 1, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- CI Capital Partners announced today that it has signed a definitive agreement to sell its portfolio company, Interactive Health, to FFL, a San Francisco-based private equity firm. Interactive Health is the largest U.S.-based, independent company offering integrated workplace wellness solutions to organizations in the United States. CI Capital acquired Interactive Health in partnership with the company's management in 2011. The sale is subject to customary closing conditions. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
For more than two decades, Interactive Health has worked with employers to create innovative wellness programs that actively engage employees to make lasting behavior changes and improve their overall health. Today, Interactive Health serves more than 2,000 employers and 750,000 program participants.
