Effective immediately, Brazer, will have global responsibility for Chyron's commercial strategy and all product and services revenues, directing its worldwide sales network of direct sales, resellers/systems integrators and joint ventures in Europe, Asia, Latin America and the Middle East.

Most recently Ms. Brazer has been Managing Director of LionShare Strategies, a business development and product innovation group that creates profitable new products/services, lines-of-business, markets, strategic alliances and investments. Prior to this Ms. Brazer was VP Corporate Development and Product Strategy at Virgin Mobile USA, where she led next generation decisions on its migration to 3G EVDO services. She also held the positions of Executive Vice President for Kirch Media's Prisma iVentures for the FIFA World Cup and Senior Vice President for Viacom's Showtime service in the Middle East, featuring MTV, VH1, The Movie Channel, Paramount, Nickelodeon, TV Land, Bloomberg and Discovery channels. Ms. Brazer introduced digital satellite and cable TV services in Europe for SES ASTRA and led the launch of the first compressed digital TV systems for DirecTV at Compression Labs.
Ms. Brazer's genesis in innovation comes from Apple Computer, where she launched the first portable computer and helped concept Apple's first PDA--the Newton and Knowledge Navigator. She started her career in M&A at PepsiCo with the acquisition of Kentucky Fried Chicken.
Ms. Brazer holds a B.A. in Economics from Brandeis University, an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and attended London School of Economics. She mentors at Princeton University's Keller School of Engineering and serves as an Advisor to the Princeton Pipeline and the New Jersey Technology Council's Communications & Media Board.
