NASHVILLE, Tenn., Dec. 16, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- CHS Health Services (CHS) and Take Care Employer Solutions, LLC today launched the new name and brand of their combined company: Premise Health™. The brand is designed to reflect the company's commitment to advancing worksite health, increasing patient engagement and improving health outcomes for employers and their workforces.
