Chrysler Brand Expresses Gratitude to the Hollywood Foreign Press Association

- Hundreds of celebrities interrupted their red carpet interviews at the recent Golden Globe Awards to autograph a Chrysler 300 which was auctioned off on Saturday, Feb. 20
- 100 percent of the auction proceeds donated to the American Red Cross Haiti Relief Efforts in the name of the Hollywood Foreign Press Association
The Chrysler brand today conveyed their deepest appreciation to the Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA) and President of the HFPA, Phil Berk for their efforts in securing hundreds of celebrity signatures on a Chrysler 300 at "The 67th Annual Golden Globe Awards."
"Without the assistance of the amazing team of people at the HFPA, we alone would not have been able to secure this wonderfully unique and rare collection of signatures of the most talented men and women in the entertainment industry today," said Olivier Francois, President and CEO – Chrysler brand, Chrysler Group LLC. The vehicle was auctioned on Saturday, Feb. 20 for $100,000 with 100 percent of the proceeds donated to the American Red Cross for their Haiti relief efforts. The auction took place at the Leake Car Auction in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
