Chromocell's Christian Kopfli is EY 2016 New Jersey's Biopharma Entrepreneur of the Year

NORTH BRUNSWICK, N.J., June 30, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Chromocell Corporation, a life sciences company focused on the discovery of novel compounds for therapeutics and nutrition, today announced that its Chief Executive Officer, Christian Kopfli, was awarded the Ernst & Young (EY) 2016 Entrepreneur of the Year Award, New Jersey in the Bio Pharmaceuticals category.

Christian co-founded Chromocell in 2002, serving initially as General Counsel before becoming Chief Executive Officer in 2005.  During this time, Chromocell has developed a novel non-opioid pain therapeutic that is about to enter clinical trials.
