Christopher has more than 23 years of experience in strategy, internal communications, leadership communications, change management and corporate reputation management. He has helped organizations communicate business strategy and change, excite employees about delivering a new brand or product and better connect leadership with employees. He is a frequent presenter, lecturer and publisher on topics related to employee engagement.
Christopher founded Edelman's Employee Engagement offering and was a principal at Booz & Company (now called Strategy& and a part of PwC), where he led the firm's People & Change team. Christopher began his career at Bayer in the U.S. and Germany, where he held various positions responsible for international employee communications, branding, mergers and acquisitions, identity change communications, media relations and advertising. Christopher holds a degree in journalism from Penn State University and has completed foreign language studies in Kiel, Germany. He is highly proficient in German.
