Christopher Diccon Wright Reopens The Carvery Restaurant in Costa Del Sol area of Spain

MÁLAGA, Spain, Aug. 17, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- To coincide with the recent relocation and renovations of the Carvery Restaurant in Torremolinos, Málaga, Spain, Christopher Diccon Wright and local restaurateur Mark Cornwell also announced the launch of a brand new web site to coincide with the relaunch of the restaurant. The new web site not only features online booking / reservations but also lists frequently updated menus for traditional dining, along with additional menus for children, bar snacks and cocktails. 

The Carvery restaurant relaunched in Spring 2016 and features modern seating for 120 guests inside and can comfortably accommodate 60 people on the outdoor terrace. The project has also involved a 1.5 million Euro investment into the refurbishment of the new restaurant. One of the key criteria that Diccon and Mark set out to achieve in the refurbishment is to truly embed the restaurant in the local community. Not only have Diccon and Mark used local produce on the menu, but during the refurbishment they also employed skilled local craftsmen and sourced materials from the region, including marble from the nearby quarry and locally-made tiles.
