Christine Landry and Pratap Sarker to Lead Conduent Commercial Sector

"Christine and Pratap bring a deep knowledge of the business services industry," said Ashok Vemuri, CEO, Conduent. Each will have end-to-end responsibility for our client relationships across their respective portfolio of businesses, including opportunity identification, relationship management, delivery, operational excellence, and the related financial performance."

In her role, Landry will be responsible for the communications, media, entertainment, high tech, retail, travel and industrial business units. She will also have end-to-end delivery ownership for Conduent's customer experience centers, human resource services and learning business. A 24-year veteran in the business services market, Landry was previously general manager for Conduent's communications and media business unit. Prior to the Conduent and Xerox separation, she served as group president for Xerox Services' communications industry vertical.

"We handle more than 2.5 million interactions daily for our customers and aim to personalize each one of them."  

As Group Chief Executive, Financial Services & Healthcare, Sarker will oversee the banking, insurance and capital markets along with healthcare payer, provider, pharma and life sciences businesses. He will also handle end-to-end delivery responsibility for Conduent's finance, accounting and procurement, workers compensation, and legal and compliance services businesses. He joins Conduent from Accenture, where he led technology services for the company's financial services sector, bringing deep experience in compliance in a highly-regulated industry.
