"Christen has approached each of her previous roles within U-Haul with excellence and high energy," affirmed ADVP Carey. "She is extremely customer-centric and can relate to people very well. I expect she will have a positive and immediate impact on our storage operations in the DFW area."
In assuming her new role, Briley is excited to have the unique opportunity to serve as president of a new marketing company consisting solely of U-Haul storage centers. She is looking forward to showcasing the strengths of these centers in her drive to boost profits and increase occupancy. Briley plans on challenging herself and her team to provide the level of service that U-Haul customers expect and deserve. She is enthusiastic about the upcoming opportunities to work closely with her team members in order to increase service through the implementation of U-Haul policies and procedures.
"There are some great people working at the storage facilities in U-Haul Co. 741, 835 and 836, and I am truly excited to work one on one with all of them," Briley stated. "I know we can fill every storage facility and serve our customers with their moving and storage needs, while having fun doing it."
