In addition to energizing the company's thousands of independent jewelry distributors – called "Designers" – Weems is focused on growing its unique Owlette program, created to provide youth, ages 11-17, an opportunity to work alongside a parent who is an Origami Owl Designer to sharpen their entrepreneurial and leadership skills while growing their confidence.
