Choyce Peterson Creates Lower Fairfield County Office Silhouette Study

STAMFORD, Conn., Aug. 31 /PRNewswire/ -- Choyce Peterson, Inc. (www.choycepeterson.com), a commercial real estate brokerage and consulting firm, today announced the release of its "Silhouette Study," a graphic illustration of available space in the Stamford, Greenwich and Norwalk Class A office markets.  

The study, presented as a glossy 24 by 36 inch poster, provides a mid-year summary of the real estate market by illustrating the largest buildings in each city, showing vacancies by floor, color-coded by direct vacancy, sublease and future availability.  A simple scan of each city's "skyline" shows a general silhouette and breakdown – building by building.  It provides a powerful perspective of the marketplace, identifying buildings by address and shape, and, at a glance, providing accurate information on spaces available in each city.
