Choyce Peterson Creates Lower Fairfield County Office Silhouette Study
STAMFORD, Conn., Aug. 31 /PRNewswire/ -- Choyce Peterson, Inc. (www.choycepeterson.com), a commercial real estate brokerage and consulting firm, today announced the release of its "Silhouette Study," a graphic illustration of available space in the Stamford, Greenwich and Norwalk Class A office markets.
The study, presented as a glossy 24 by 36 inch poster, provides a mid-year summary of the real estate market by illustrating the largest buildings in each city, showing vacancies by floor, color-coded by direct vacancy, sublease and future availability. A simple scan of each city's "skyline" shows a general silhouette and breakdown – building by building. It provides a powerful perspective of the marketplace, identifying buildings by address and shape, and, at a glance, providing accurate information on spaces available in each city.
Alan Peterson, Principal of Choyce Peterson, said, "Our Silhouette Study gives area tenants a panorama much more effective than hearing, 'the vacancy rate rose by x percent in the last quarter.' We are mailing it to area tenants, clients and landlords, and urge others to contact us for a free copy."
John Hannigan, Principal of Choyce Peterson, added, "It's interesting to see the large blocks of vacant space at buildings like 695 East Main Street in Stamford compared to Merritt 7 in Norwalk, to name a few. The visual depiction is both striking and informative at the same time."
Choyce Peterson plans to provide this perspective twice a year in the future. For more information, or to order a copy, please call 203-356-9600; email [email protected]; or write to Choyce Peterson, 2001 West Main Street, Stamford, CT 06902.
