Chiropractic Care of Minnesota, Inc. Merges with Chiropractic Care of Wisconsin, Inc.

SHOREVIEW, Minn., Sept. 16, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Chiropractic Care of Minnesota, Inc. (CCMI) today announced its merger with Chiropractic Care of Wisconsin, Inc., (CCWI).  The two not-for-profit organizations will come together to better serve the communities of Minnesota and Wisconsin, and areas of North Dakota, South Dakota, and Iowa, effective September 1, 2014.

CCMI has submitted the Articles of Merger with the Minnesota Secretary of State and the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions. Under the terms of the agreement, CCWI will become part of CCMI.
