Chiropractic Care of Minnesota, Inc. Leaders Honored for Innovation in Health Care
SHOREVIEW, Minn., April 28, 2016 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Chiropractic Care of Minnesota, Inc. (CCMI), a nonprofit that develops and manages evidence-based physical health network management products and services, today announces two of its leaders were honored for their innovative contributions to health care.
Dr. Vivi-Ann Fischer, CCMI's chief clinical officer, and Dr. Molly Magnani, CCMI Board member and lead chiropractor at Allina Health, were recognized at the 2016 Women's Health Leadership TRUST Forum on the evening of April 25, 2016. Over 900 men and women came together to celebrate inspiring Minnesota women who are positively impacting and changing the health care industry.
Dr. Fischer, finalist for the TRUST's Emerging Company Leader in Health Care Award, was recognized for her contributions in the development and launch of CCMI's distinguished ChiroCare Centers of Excellence (CCoE) program. CCoE consists of chiropractic clinics in the ChiroCare network that demonstrate the use of standardized clinical protocols and an integrated, collaborative approach to achieving positive outcomes, lower cost of care, and high-quality experiences for patients. Dr. Magnani, a finalist for the TRUST's Health Care Innovative Leader Award, was recognized for her work in collaboratively developing the University of St. Thomas' Chiropractic Leadership Institute, an executive education program that empowers chiropractors to effect transformation in today's health care environment.
