ChiroCare Announces Results of 2011 Patient and Chiropractic Provider Satisfaction Survey

SHOREVIEW, Minn., March 1, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Chiropractic Care of Minnesota, Inc. [ChiroCare], announces the results of its 2011 patient and chiropractic provider satisfaction survey and they are overwhelmingly positive.

The patient satisfaction survey shows that 96% of patients rate their treatment outcomes as excellent, very good or good. 96% of patients give their provider a letter grade of an A or a B. 95% of patients would refer others to a ChiroCare chiropractor for treatment. Patients also report high satisfaction with lower than expected out-of-pocket expenses, such as for copays and deductibles.

At the provider level, ChiroCare's 2011 chiropractic provider satisfaction survey finds that 90% of the chiropractors who responded to the survey agree that their overall impression of ChiroCare is excellent, good, or fair. 95% of respondents deem ChiroCare's communication and professional development as good as or better than other chiropractic managed care providers.
