Mr. Ge will report directly to CIIX CEO Warren Wang and oversee the Company's IT organization. His first major focus will be the launch and development of a cannabis "Yelp" style mobile application in the Chinese language that will contain a database of marijuana dispensaries and cannabis strains, a platform to review and discuss various cannabis products, and maps showing the locations of medical and recreational cannabis dispensaries.
