SAN DIEGO, May 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- China Tel Group, Inc. (ChinaTel) (OTC Bulletin Board: CHTL), a provider of high speed wireless broadband and telecommunications infrastructure engineering and construction services, today announced it has entered into an Amended and Restated Stock Purchase Agreement (SPA) with Isaac Organization, Inc.
