China Zenix Auto International Announces Change to the Board
ZHANGZHOU, China, Nov. 21, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- China Zenix Auto International Limited (NYSE: ZX) ("Zenix Auto" or "the Company"), the largest commercial vehicle wheel manufacturer in China in both the aftermarket and OEM market by sales volume, announced today that independent director Mr. Ian F. Wade tendered his letter of resignation as a member of the Board of Directors and the audit committee with immediate effect. Mr. Wade indicated that his resignation was due to personal reasons and it was not a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices.
The Board of Directors is reviewing qualified independent candidates to join the Board.
