China Yida Announces Result of Annual General Meeting

FUZHOU, China, June 21 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- China Yida Holding Company (Nasdaq: CNYD) ("China Yida" or the "Company"), a leading diversified entertainment enterprise in China, today announced that it held its 2010 annual general meeting of stockholders on Tuesday, June 15, 2010 at China Yida's corporate headquarters located in Fuzhou, Fujian province, China. At the meeting, the proposal for the election of five directors to serve until the annual meeting of stockholders in 2011 as set out in China Yida's definitive Proxy Statement, was approved. Specifically, the stockholders elected Mr. Minhua Chen, Ms. Yanling Fan, Mr. Michael Marks, Ms. Chunyu Yin and Mr. Fucai Huang to continue to serve as the Company's directors.
