China VoIP & Digital Telecom Inc. Signs Virtualization Contract with Xinwen Mining Group Co., Ltd.
JINAN, China, April 16 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- Jinan Yinquan Technology, the wholly-owned subsidiary of China VoIP & Digital Telecom (OTC Bulletin Board: CVDT), today announced that it has signed a contract with Xinwen Mining Group Co., Ltd. ("Customer") to launch its integrated datacenter virtualization solution.
Xinwen Mining Group Co., Ltd. is a large enterprise with state-owned assets as its main body and a co-existing diversified ownership. It specializes in coal mining and production. In 2009, the company's coal output reached 27 million tons with revenue of RMB 36.7 billion (equivalent to USD $5.4 billion). Currently, the company has a total coal reserve of 28 billion tons, with production capacity of 112 million tons/year. It has three coal production bases in Shandong, Ningxia-Inner Mongolia and Xinjiang, respectively. The company will progressively increase its coal production capacity by 10 million tons each year starting in 2010.
As Xinwen Mining Group expands its business operations, the number of servers increases, leading to higher equipment and maintenance costs. In order to enhance its system's security and increase the servers' efficiency and cost-effectiveness, the company recently adopted Yinquan's integrated virtualization solution. As a result, the number of servers is expected to be reduced as well as the costs associated with related equipment and maintenance.
The successful cooperation between Jinan Yinquan and Xinwen Mining Group continues to demonstrate Yinquan's ability to serve large-scale enterprise users. It also adds to Yinquan's credibility and improves its corporate image and brand awareness. It will be the successful showcase for Jinan Yinquan to promote its virtualization technology to the large state-owned enterprises in Shandong area.

Virtualization is a technology that can benefit anyone who uses a computer, from IT professionals and Mac enthusiasts to commercial businesses and government organizations. Join the millions of people around the world who use virtualization to save time, money and energy while achieving more with the computer hardware they already own.
