China VoIP & Digital Telecom Honored with Low-Carbon Enterprise Award
JINAN, China, Sept. 30 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- Jinan Yinquan Technology Co., Ltd., the wholly owned subsidiary of China VoIP & Digital Telecom (OTC Bulletin Board: CVDT) recently received the low-carbon enterprise award from Shandong People's Government Energy Conservation Office. Mr. Li Kunwu, CEO and Chairman, was also honored as a low-carbon contributing pioneer.
These awards are selected from the first Developing a Low-Carbon Economy contest, sponsored by the Shandong People's Government Energy Conservation Office, the Shandong Economic and Information Technology Commission and other provincial departments. These government agencies unanimously recommended Yinquan Technology's data center virtualization technology to be the showcase for energy-saving solutions, which will be promoted throughout the province.
The Shandong Low-Carbon Enterprise award reflects the regional government's approval of both Yinquan's corporate values and their continually evolving products. The awards indicate that the company's virtualization solutions help reduce carbon emissions as well as increase energy savings. Such significant support from the Shandong government means that Yinquan Technology's virtualization solutions are able to reach broader markets and assist increased numbers of clients in their own search for green energy solutions.
"We are honored to receive such high recognition from the Shandong provincial government," Mr. Li Kunwu, Chairman and CEO said. "Our company is committed to promoting virtualization technology that offers low-carbon, green energy savings and environmentally friendly solutions. It's a happy fact that doing the right thing for the environment is also the best way to increase our customer base and improve the company's bottom line."

About Virtualization Technology
Virtualization is a proven software technology that is rapidly transforming the IT landscape and fundamentally changing the way people compute.
Today's powerful x86 computer hardware was originally designed to run only a single operating system and a single application, but virtualization breaks that boundary, making it possible to run multiple operating systems and multiple applications on the same computer at the same time, increasing the utilization and flexibility of hardware.
Virtualization is a technology that can benefit anyone who uses a computer, from IT professionals and Mac enthusiasts to commercial businesses and government organizations. Millions of people around the world use virtualization to save time, money and energy while achieving more with the computer hardware they already own.
