China TMK Battery Systems Inc. Appoints Mr. Jin Hu as Chief Financial Officer
SHENZHEN, China, May 6 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- China TMK Battery Systems Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: DFEL) ("TMK" or "the Company") (formerly, Deerfield Resources, Ltd.), a Chinese manufacturer and distributor of customized rechargeable battery solutions to global consumer product companies, announced today that it has appointed Mr. Jin Hu as Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective May 1, 2010.
Mr. Hu, a CPA certified in Virginia, has a diverse background in corporate finance, accounting and investment with leading companies in a variety of industries. Prior to joining TMK, Mr. Hu was with Johnson & Johnson in China, where he acted as a financial controller and worked closely with senior management to drive the Multiple Specialty pharmaceutical business unit with 60% sales growth rate and over 100% net profit growth rate in 2009. Previously he had served as an internal consultant with Citigroup in New York to conduct research on industry trends and to evaluate new services to company clients, and had served as an auditor with Ernst & Young in Washington D.C, with clients including Capital One, NASDAQ, Marriott, and United States Department of Health and Human Services. Mr. Hu also was previously a member of the corporate finance team at McKesson Corporation, and worked as an analyst at Stock-Trak Inc in Atlanta.
Mr. Hu earned his master of business administration degree from Cornell University, and dual master degrees in computer information systems and accounting from Georgia State University. He received his bachelor degree in accounting from Louisiana Tech University.
