SHENZHEN, China, Aug. 13 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- China Ritar Power Corp. (Nasdaq: CRTP) ('China Ritar' or the 'Company'), a leading Chinese manufacturer of lead acid batteries, today announced that it will conduct a conference call at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time on Monday, August 16, 2010 to discuss the second quarter fiscal 2010 results.

Joining Mr. Jiada Hu, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of China Ritar, will be Mr. Aijun Liu, Chief Financial Officer of China Ritar, and Jigang Sun, VP of Corporate Development of China Ritar.
