China Power Equipment to Present at the Standard Chartered 2nd Earth's Resources Conference on June 21, 2012

("China Power Equipment" or the "Company,"OTCBB: CPQQ), a manufacturer of a new generation of energy saving amorphous alloy transformer cores and transformers in China, today announced that the management team, including Mr. Yongxing (Henry) Song, Chairman, President, and CEO, Yarong (Lillian) Feng, Director and Vice General Manager, and Nicole Chen, Vice President of Finance, will present at and attend one-on-one meetings with investors at the Standard Chartered 2nd Earth's Resources Conference to be held in Hong Kong on June 20-21, 2012.  The Company will present on Thursday, June 21st at 11:00 am.
