XI'AN, China, Aug. 5, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- China Natural Gas, Inc. (Nasdaq: CHNG), a leading provider of compressed natural gas for vehicular fuel and pipeline natural gas for industrial, commercial and residential use in Xi'an, China, today announced that it plans to release its second quarter 2011 financial results in the afternoon of Monday, August 8, 2011. Management will hold a conference call on Wednesday, August 10, 2011 at 8:30 a.m. EDT (5:30 a.m. Pacific) to discuss its second quarter results.
